Our industrial pallet drop safety gates are designed to provide fall protection in specific applications in material handling, distribution centers and manufacturing facilities. Our safety gate models are ideal for securing pallet drop areas on elevated work platforms, mezzanines, in pick modules and more. All models are available in standard and custom sizes and meet or exceed OSHA, ANSI and IBC fall protection codes. Roly
Available in virtually any width, depth or height, this model is the right solution for the majority of pallet drop applications, including in doorways or in multiple level systems. It can be power operated for remote operation.
Rack Supported
Designed to attach to existing pallet rack, this is the solution for picking positions or empty pallet/empty tote return bays in a multi-level rack-supported picking module.
Pivot
An economical price makes this model a good choice for low volume areas. Few moving parts and optional stainless steel construction makes it ideal for hostile/clean environments. It’s available in a High Pallet option as well as standard.
Tri-Side
With fixed stanchions only 14 inches deep, this model is ideal for pallet drop areas on production/processing platforms or for pallet drop areas located in a hallway or any other place where available depth is limited.
Open Top
This safety gate design has no overhead mechanics so it integrates with overhead chain hoists or trolleys, and can accept very tall pallet loads.
Dock Lift
Dock-Lift safety gates create a safe environment for employees moving material to and from loading docks. The self-closing gate automatically closes and locks into place as the lift elevates. Multiple configurations available.
Loading Dock
The Loading Dock Safety gate provides fall protection in dock operations. The model can be configured to automatically close as the truck drives away.
Product Containment Netting
Protect employees and products from falling from pallet drop area ledges by adding netting to a safety gate model.
